Hmawnglawr, the leaves of a young Sacred Fig Tree, is mainly prepared as a Chilli Chutney mixed with Fermented Fish. The leaves are first boiled, squeezed with hands for excess water and properly pounded with the Fermented Fish and Chilli Chutney.
