RECIPE
- After clean washing the Potato, boil it without peeling it.
- When cooked properly, soak it in water to let it cool.
- Peel and cut the potato and keep aside.
- Roast the Dried Red Chilli over fire without burning it.
- Roast the Fermented Fish over fire.
- Pound the Dried Red Chilli, Fermented Fish and Salt with a Mortar and Pestel.
- Add the Potato and mashed it along with the chilli, etc.
- Add sliced Onion.
- Mix it well.
- You can also add Coriander Leaves or Lomba leaves!
