How to make smoked beef, fermented pork and dried red chilli flakes chutney!


  1. Smoked Beef
  2. Dried Red Chill Flakes
  3. Fermented Pork
  4. Baking Soda
  5. Salt


  1. Wash and boil the Smoked Beef chunks in a pressure cooker.
  2. After cooked, take it out and keep aside to cool.
  3. Keep aside the soup as well for Smoked Beef Soup.
  4. Take two-spoon Dried Red Chilli Flakes in a bowl.
  5. Add 2/3 teaspoon of Fermented Pork to the bowl.
  6. Add 1/3 teaspoon of Baking Soda as well.
  7. Mix the Dried Red Chilli Flakes, Fermented Pork & Baking Soda properly for a minute with the head of a teaspoon.
  8. Add about 5 teaspoon Smoked Beef Soup.
  9. Stir it continuously for a minute or two until it foamed properly.
  10. Strip the cooled Smoked Beef with your fingers into small pieces.
  11. Add it to the mixed ingredients.
  12. Add Salt to taste.
  13. Mix it well.
