Ankhapui Sathu Changalhme


  1. Ankhapui Leaves and Young Shoots (Green Milkweed Climber)
  2. Fermented Pork
  3. Baking Soda
  4. Green Chilli
  5. Salt
  6. Water


  1. Wash the Ankhapui Leaves and Young Shoots properly.
  2. Cut the Young Shoots into 3 inches, mash and put it into a cooking vessel.
  3. Pound the Green Chilli with a Mortal and Pastel and add it.
  4. Pour water half-inch above the level of the Young Shoots.
  5. Boil till the Young Shoots are soft.
  6. Add one spoon Fermented Pork.
  7. Boil for a minute or two, stirring it occasionally.
  8. Put the Ankhapui Leaves and stir mix it.
  9. Add 1/3 spoon of Baking Soda and stir.
  10. Lower the gas stove flame a bit to stop the foam from going over the brim of the cooking vessel.
  11. Add salt.
  12. Cook until its properly cooked, stirring occasionally.
