- In a cooking vessel, put the Green Beans and pour Water just above the level of the beans.
- Add halved Green Chilli and Fermented Fish.
- When the beans is half-cooked, lower the flames on the gas stove.
- Add Baking Soda.
- Cut the Eggplants irregularly and add it.
- Adjust the flames on the gas stove to medium.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add salt to taste.
