How to make an onion chutney with dried red chilli and fermented fish!

INGREDIENTS

  1. Onion
  2. Roasted Green Chilli
  3. Roasted Fermented Fish
  4. Salt

RECIPE

  1. Roast the Green Chilli over fire.
  2. Roast the Fermented Fish over fire.
  3. Crush & grind them in a Mortar and Pestle with Salt.
  4. Add the sliced Onion and mix it well.
